Black knight path

This was a large 380+sqft flagstone path we created to replace the concrete walk that was here before. The concrete was causing water to pool during heavy rains and flood into the garage. Large pieces of Black Knight are used as stepping stones in this project. A 2-inch layer of crushed Table Mesa crushed rock is used as ground cover around the stepping stones. Finally, a 4 inch base of compacted decomposed granite provides a strong and water permeable base for the pathway. We also constructed a 40-foot french drain under the lowest place in the pathway to help with drainage.
